Your Responsibilities, yours tasks
- The conception, organisation and implementation of interdisciplinary projects with a focus on the digitalisation of business processes with SAP ERP-centric application landscapes
- The success of projects and ensuring the achievement of all project objectives in terms of time, quality and scope as well as the technical management of teams
- The redesign of the SAP application landscape from the internal use of R3 to S/4 Hana with portal solutions for internal and external users
- The preparation of pre-projects, feasibility studies and profitability calculations as well as the management of internal and external stakeholders
- The translation of the technical requirements into an IT concept
- Selecting and designing solutions in cooperation with the application specialists and the business unit
- The implementation of professional and technical requirements in the form of projects as well as the management of internal employees and external service providers in professional, technical and strategic matters
- Ensuring that the project team complies with all policies, procedures and quality standards applicable to the project
Your Profile, Your Conviction
- You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or business administration or can provide a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience with an IT or management consultancy or have worked as an in-house consultant for an international company
- You have several years of in-depth knowledge of modernizing SAP application landscapes as well as the underlying SAP methodologies, technologies (S/4 Hana, UI5), and tools (e.g. Solution Manager)
- You have Experience in a leading position in IT project management and software development
- Ideally, you are experienced in combining the optimization of business processes in SAP ERP with the implementation of corresponding KPIs in SAP BW and thus monitoring the technical success of the project
- You have proven experience in successfully setting up, managing, and leading interdisciplinary and international project teams
- You have very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and standards (e.g. GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM)
- You have a strong process mindset and IT understanding, knowledge of IT software architecture is an advantage
- You are characterised by an independent, careful and methodical way of working as well as a strong customer-oriented mindset, persuasive power, and very good communication and presentation skills
