Transparent Career Paths
• Regular informational sessions during feedback meetings with the People Development leads (PDL) every quarter for employees about possible career paths and development opportunities
• Provision of career guidance resources
Accessibility Promotion
• Measures to improve workplace accessibility
• Support for employees with disabilities through assistive technologies or flexible work arrangements
• Ensuring that all internal training programs are accessible to everyone
Responsibilities and Review
• Managers ensure that all measures are followed within their teams
• All employees contribute to a respectful and discrimination-free work environment through responsible conduct
