Achieving process transparency with Process Mining

A holistic, data-driven analysis of a company’s procurement processes (P-2-P) increased the transparency of the As-Is process and its variations by using a leading Process Mining Tool that allowed in-depth analysis. Our analysis of the previously extracted data led to the identification of the most pressing execution gaps and allowed our client to define concrete actions to reduce e.g. manual price changes resulting in significantly lower costs per purchase order.

RPA & ML hybrid solution simplifies mailbox management

By analyzing historical mail inventories through Machine Learning, specific word constellations in previous mails are extracted, which permits to classify and move these mails into certain categories. A robot consumes these identified rules so that future mails can also be correctly categorized automatically by the robot with a high degree of certainty. Subsequently, the bot begins to automatically process the various queries, reducing processing time and manual effort.
