Your Profile, Your Conviction
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in SAP service desk support, analyzing end user issue, tickets resolution and supporting project deployment
- You have very good experience in SAP ECC, and have very good knowledge of SAP MM, SD and CS modules
- You can effectively handle support tickets in SAP MM, SD and CS modules. Knowledge across other SAP modules and applications, e.g., FI, CO, UI5, etc. is a big plus
- You have professional experience on working with custom modules and applications and can easily take the role as an expert Tester
- You can create detailed SME analysis of the issue and could coordinate and implement small changes to SAP through defined processes and procedures
- You have worked on various projects stages for e.g., Testing, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare and can understand the project solution delivery lifecycle, and could create appropriate level of documentation
- You bring strong consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in global rollouts
- You have a degree in computer science/computer engineering/electrical engineering/mathematics or comparable course of study
