Conception, organization, and implementation of interdisciplinary projects with a focus on the digitalization of business processes in relation to mobile solutions for internal employees, partners, and customers
Design of a middleware-based IT architecture with a strongly growing number of applications and interfaces to be integrated
Success of projects and ensuring the achievement of all project goals in terms of time, quality, and scope, as well as the technical leadership of teams
Preparation of preliminary projects, feasibility studies, and profitability calculations • Management of internal and external stakeholders
The translation of the technical requirements into an IT concept
Selecting and designing solutions in cooperation with the application specialists and the business unit
The implementation of professional and technical requirements in the form of projects as well as the management of internal employees and external service providers in professional, technical and strategic matters
Ensuring that the project team complies with all policies, procedures and quality standards applicable to the project

You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or business administration or can provide a comparable qualification
You have several years of in-depth knowledge in the realization of mobile solutions and portals - preferably using Xamarin and SAP UI5
You are familiar with middleware-based IT architectures and the associated conceptual approaches (API layer, data, and information security, data integration services, operating concepts), ideally with product know-how on MuleSoft Anypoint
You have several years of professional experience with IT or management consultancy or have worked as an in-house consultant for an international company
You have experience in a leading position in IT project management and software development
You have proven experience in successfully setting up, managing, and leading interdisciplinary and international project teams
You have very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and standards (e.g. GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM)
You have a strong process mindset and IT understanding, knowledge of IT software architecture is an advantage
You are characterised by an independent, careful and methodical way of working as well as a strong customer-oriented mindset, persuasive power, and very good communication and presentation skills
