Your Profile, Your Conviction
- You have an above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics or a comparable course of study.
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a management consultancy, e.g. through an internship or a student trainee position.
- You analyse and structure our customers' problems and develop corresponding process automation solutions using RPA. You take on responsibility in our projects at an early stage.
- You conduct workshops to advise our customers on modern process optimisation and support our Business Development in developing solutions
- You are interested in how modern technologies such as RPA, process mining and AI/ML can be combined with each other and have already had your first contact points in this context.
- You have strong consulting and communication skills, and you use your analytical abilities to solve complex problems for the client.
- You are a true team player - virtual agile teams that manage complex projects require a strong team and not individual fighters.
- You have a high level of written and spoken German and English and can communicate in other foreign languages if necessary
- You enjoy the creation process and have a high level of customer orientation
- Your profile is rounded off by your experience in innovative collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA), methods (e.g. Scrum, Lean Start-Up) and the latest technologies.
- Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you
